Terms of use

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Fively (fively.io), a free daily game run by João David Botelho in Portugal. By playing, you accept them.
Playing
Fively is free for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't disrupt the game or the site, overload it with requests, automate guesses or try to get the answers before playing by technical means.
Content and illustrations
The game, its texts, the challenges and the illustrations, all made for Fively, belong to João David Botelho. You're welcome to share your results and screenshots; please don't copy or republish the challenges or the site. Real things, places and records are named only to describe them: Fively isn't affiliated with them.
Facts and sources
Every answer comes from published sources, cited after each round. We check them carefully, but values can differ between sources or change over time. If you find a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it.
No warranties
Fively is provided as it is, without warranties. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors and, as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Changes
We may change the game or these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
